This B&B was exceptional!! Our room was perfection with beautiful furnishings, comfortable bedding, and just the right touches to make it cozy and comfortable. Breakfast...oh my goodness!! We were served on the deck with an amazing view! The food was beautifully done AND delicious!! I can't say enough about the wonderful host's. Pete and Andrea are the best! They attend to every detail, making sure their guests are comfortable and enjoying their stay. As we left, it was like leaving good friends. You will not be disappointed!!

This is a lovely B&B. A scenic location in the hills above John Day. The house is well decorated and the hosts are wonderful. I would stay here again.

Beautiful space, kind hosts! Andrea and Pete thought of everything to keep us comfortable during our stay at the Victorian Lane B&B. Not only was the bed cozy, but the food was AMAZING! Andrea and Pete greeted us with delicious snacks upon our arrival and even made us warm cookies before we headed to bed. The next morning we had more food than we could eat and everything was amazing. We will definitely be back on our next trip to John Day!

This is a great spot to base exploration of Canyon City, John Day, and the Fossil Bed National Monuments. Andrea and Pete are wonderful hosts, their B&B is in a beautiful and quiet location, and the breakfast was spectacular!

This B&B far exceeded our expectations. Pete & Andrea are the most gracious, accommodating hosts seeing to your every need. Their home is lovely with very interesting details in every room. The bed in the room we stayed in was very comfortable and we slept well. Breakfast in the morning, out on the deck with the gorgeous view, was so delicious and Andrea's presentations of the dishes was artful.
I just can't say enough about the Victorian Lane B&B...you should really stay there if you have the opportunity!

If you're planning a visit to John Day, and thinking about staying at the Best Western in town, DON'T. The real value is here. You'll really feel like you're on vacation with Pete and Andrea, who take amazing care of their guests. The peace and tranquility will melt away whatever ails you. As for breakfast, bring a second stomach, it may be the only meal you need during your stay. I have never received this kind of care and service at any BnB or hotel, and we've stayed in some REALLY nice places. Be prepared to be both treated like family and royalty. I hope I get to come back soon.

This bnb was fantastic. Pete and Andrea were perfect hosts. Our room was beautifully decorated and the queen bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was the best. Out on the deck facing the open country we were served a spinach and avocado omelette, bacon, sausage, french toast, fresh fruit and hash browns... Coffee and juice too. We wish we could have stayed longer and will of course return.

Andrea and her husband are wonderful hosts! They made great recommendations for places in the area to visit, have a lovely and clean home, and served us with the best breakfast we've had in a long time! We highly recommend staying with them on your visit to the John Day area!

I loved my stay at Andrea's B and B. The location is great, 10 mins from town. Views are spectacular. Clean and neat which rates really high in my book. Her breakfasts were great and worked around my time schedules.

Victorian Lane Bed & Breakfast was one of the very best places we've ever stayed and we travel a lot! Our daughter found them online and was enchanted by the rooms decorated based on classic books that she has read herself. It was a wonderful choice! Pretty & comfortable rooms, Creative & adorable repurposed antiques. Delicious breakfast, classy home, and gracious, generous & entertaining, and humorous couple to visit with during a fabulous breakfast. WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED VICTORIAN LANE!
