Breakfast
Typically our breakfasts are served outside on the deck with spectacular views of the west end of the strawberry wilderness (weather permitting) and will be a selection of a main entrées, and sides as described below.
If you need to leave early and don't have time to sit and eat, we can make breakfast burritos (which is a hit with the fire crews) to take with you, or we can package up our standard fare. Please let us know before you arrive if you'd like one of these options as we must make sure we are able to accomodate your request.
Let us know if you have any dietary preferences, restrictions or alergies before you arrive and we'll do our best to accomodate you.
Meat Side
Bacon and/or sausage links.
Fruit Side
Fruits will vary between and/or be a combination of cantelope, strawberries, red or green grapes, blueberries.
Entrée
Will be one of the following prepared with fresh eggs from our own chickens (when available):
Frittata- with shredded spinach, cheese and finely diced mushrooms, baked until golden brown and topped with a bit of cheese.
Omlet- with shredded spinach, cheese and finely diced mushrooms, bell peppers and/or avocados if available. Slow fried with real butter.
Scrambled eggs- sauteed in real butter, with green onions (when available).
Fried eggs- sauteed in real butter, topped with avocado.
Sweet Side
Thick sliced french toast, blueberry pancakes or waffles, served with real butter and maple syrup.
Spud Side
Seasoned hash brown or country potatoes (may contain onions, bell peppers when available).
Refreshments
All breakfasts are served with orange juice, coffee and/or a selection of teas.
